The next graduation ceremony will take place on:
Friday,19 July 2024, 3 pm – ca. 7 pm
Faculty of Engineering, the exact location is still to be determined
To participate in the event, it is essential to register ONLINE.
Please note that participation is limited due to the space available. You should therefore register online as soon as possible, stating the number of accompanying persons (max. 3).
As changes may occur, please refer to this website for the latest information.
The registration will start on 15 May 2024 Please note that for organizational reasons, it is no longer possible to register for the graduation ceremony after 21 July 2024.
Gowns and graduate hats
A gown makes graduates stand out in a special way. For this purpose, we offer you the opportunity to borrow or purchase gowns including a sash in TF silver-grey and matching “doctoral hats” for a fee of approx. 25 €. We would be delighted if you would take advantage of this offer.
The booking, stating the desired size, must be made via our cooperation partner Robe Academicus by 5 July 2024 – The code for booking is erlangen. You will receive the set at the earliest 2 weeks / at the latest 1 week before the celebration via DHL to your home. After the ceremony, you can then return the set in the returnable, resealable bag with which you received the academic clothing in a prepared container if you have not purchased it.
Photos
A photographer will take photos during the event, which can then be downloaded free of charge from the FAU-Box. By taking part in the event, participants declare their consent to the creation of images of themselves as part of the event and to the publication of the images by FAU/TF (social media, press, printed products). FAU TF cannot guarantee that you will not be seen in one of the images used by FAU TF.
